Vice President, Sales
Robert Marhamat oversees all sales and marketing operations for EVO²’s entire network of Bay Area store locations. Serving as the company’s principal directional and creative visionary, Robert works on a number of levels to strategically shape EVO²’s innovative brand positioning and drive company growth at a consistent rate. Robert can be described as the epitome of a serial entrepreneur with an extensive background in leading companies from small start-ups to fast-growing industry leaders. In the past, Robert has worked as the CEO of ServerPlex Networks, been a strategic advisor for numerous internet technology companies, and even authored a book teaching others his proven methodology for quickly growing businesses from the ground up. Being the fundamental reason EVO² has experienced such tremendous success thus far; Robert continues to lead the charge in keeping EVO² at the forefront of the wireless curve with ground-breaking innovations to the telecommunications retail industry. Under Robert’s direction, EVO² has tripled in size over the past year, and shows no signs of slowing down as he continues implementing plans of exponentially expanding the company in the coming years.
General Manager, Retail
Carlos Sanchez oversees sales and leads management strategy at EVO², serving as a driving force behind continual performance improvements at all of the company’s store locations throughout the Bay Area. With nearly fifteen years of experience in sales management under his belt, Carlos can be described as a full-fledged sales force of one. Luckily, his vast amount of experience mixed with a naturally communicative personality has proven to translate exceptionally well into an ability to teach and motivate everyone around him. Sanchez was born in Puerto Rico where he began his career as a salesman for Novus Inc. After using his competitive and goal-oriented nature to bring his store from mediocrity to the seventh highest ranked location in the hundred plus store organization, he decided to take on a new challenge. After moving to the United States, Sanchez connected with EVO² and soon began a climb to upper management which has yet to subside. During his time with EVO², Sanchez has strengthened performance at a number of EVO² stores by implementing promotional campaigns offering better deals for customers and special incentive programs motivating store employees to always strive for excellence.
Director, Operations
Shima Deilami oversees the entire human resources department and supervises company-wide operations for EVO². As a founding member of the company, Shima has played a vitally instrumental role in achieving much of the growth EVO² has experienced thus far. Her ability to wear a number of different hats at any given time has made her presence at the company essential, and established her as a resource for employees at all levels of the organization to gain motivation and guidance. Likely a primary cause for her ability to see operations through so many different lenses is Shima’s exceptionally well-rounded education. With a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Marketing, and Associates of Science degrees in both Computer Science and Management Information Systems, Shima has no problems transitioning between her various roles. Before helping to build EVO² to where it stands today, Shima developed her interpersonal skills and a remarkable knack for human resources work during her three-plus year tenure at the State of California Public Employees Office. As someone who gains great satisfaction from witnessing EVO²’s continued growth, it is no wonder why company-wide store count has more than tripled during the last year of Shima’s time as Operations Director.
Financial Controller
Yasmin Saleh oversees the entire financial department at EVO², serving as a fiscal guru for the company and providing valuable budgeting information throughout each step of the strategic planning process. Coming from a long family history of entrepreneurship, Yasmin began as a student of business and eventually developed a strong interest in financial accounting. Equipped with a solid education and a natural ability to always uncover the best bargains, she eventually took notice of EVO² because of the company’s emphasis on customer service and innovation. Soon after joining the team, Yasmin initiated a systemization of all of the company financials by analyzing point-of-sale statistics, monitoring ROI, and formulating detailed budgeting statements on a daily basis. Besides providing an outlet for her inherent business-owners mentality which continually strives for company growth, she says that her close relationships with the EVO² staff is what keeps her so excited about coming to work each day. When she’s not working to make every dollar count at EVO², Yasmin enjoys relaxing with family and friends.
District Manager, Legends
Luis Mendoza oversees nearly half of EVO²’s store locations throughout the Bay Area, serving as a leader and source of continual sales motivation for store managers and employees alike. Prior to working for EVO², Luis spent 10 years coaching and developing different cellular sales organizations including Sprint. As a relatively new member of the EVO² team, Luis looks forward to helping the company grow by closely participating in in the growth and training of new employees with his proven sales methods. In his free time, Luis loves traveling with his family, and making people feel the rhythm of the music he makes in his band.
Systems Support Engineer
Jerry is responsible for overseeing the company’s Information Technology systems. He has fifteen years experience in networking and systems administration including voice and data. Jerry also conducts operational functions, monitors and troubleshoots the network system infrastructure to ensure a consistently stable computing environment.
Jerry earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of San Carlos, Philippines
Corporate Administrator
Judy Park oversees the office functions at EVO² and coordinates with its employees daily to keep the company organized. After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Judy gained experience in several fields of work, including adult education, client relations, and hospitality. She relies on each experience to help her meet and prioritize challenges that arise in the office. When she is not enjoying the dedicated and close-knit atmosphere at EVO², Judy continues to grow as a freelance writer and unofficial restaurant connoisseur.
