• Merchandise is not eligible to be returned if the Manufacturer UPC code is removed from the box.
  • Items must be returned/exchanged in the original packaging and contain all original components in like-new condition by the original purchaser and be accompanied by an original purchase receipt within 30 days.
  • Only one exchange within the first 30 days will be honored, unless the exchange is requested due to defective equipment. A $35 device initiation fee will apply to all equipment exchanges or upgrades. Due to health standards, Bluetooth headsets may not be returned. If a Bluetooth headset is deemed to be defective, it may be exchanged for the same Bluetooth headset. A $50 restocking fee is applied to all phones that are returned within the 30-day return period.
  • Before returning or exchanging any product that has data stored in its memory, please transfer all files you wish to retain to another file source. Once the product is returned, your files cannot be recovered.
  • Customer understands that Verizon Wireless cellular service agreements require a minimum 12-month/24-month commitment. Early termination of service will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $175 per number by Verizon Wireless.
  • Customer understands that if the customer cancels service without returning to the store and returning the equipment, there will be a US$300 (Three Hundred Dollars) penalty per cellular phone number if any of the following events occur:
    • Customer fails to maintain service with Verizon Wireless for a period of 365 consecutive days from the opening of the account for whatever reasons including, but not limited to, discontinuation due to loss or theft of the cellular phone or suspension due to non-payment even if such cancellation is allowed by Verizon without penalty; or
    • Customer cancels any existing services for cellular phone numbers already established with Verizon within 180 days of opening this account; or
    • Customer’s subscription is a replacement for an account previously established with Verizon which has been deactivated within 180 day’s prior to the activation of the new cellular services.
  • Customer understands that if you purchase a PDA/Smart phone device at a discounted price, you must agree to keep the data plan for a period of 180 consecutive days from the activation of the plan.
  • For all limited usage Rate Plans on Broadband Acceess and PDA devices, customer agrees to the terms and conditions for all overage charges. Broadband Access connects are subject to availability and not available in some areas.
